second year AFTER TSUNAMI: HAVE YOU SAY AS YOU EXPERIENCE

You have heard so much about how tsunami relief has been handled. There are some positive actions and different agendas have been take place since the deadly waves: too much much money has been raised, but there is no significant recovery on people and their wellbeing including infrastructures. Where is all the money clogged-up? And on the political side: as the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed, to what degree of promises (fairness) can be realized? Women issues have been manipulated in the name of Islamic law. Please share your stories as you experience (see) it; and if you can, please suggest some solutions that may  make the difference.
